Razer Synapse can conflict with SignalRGB’s control of Razer devices. If your Razer devices are showing unexpected colors or not responding to SignalRGB effects, Synapse may be overriding SignalRGB’s lighting control.

To resolve Synapse conflicts:

  1. Open Razer Synapse 3.
  2. For each Razer device listed, go to its Lighting settings.
  3. Set the lighting profile to a static black (off) color or set it to “None” / “Off” if that option is available.
  4. Save the profile.
  5. Close or minimize Razer Synapse.
  6. Restart SignalRGB.

Setting Synapse devices to static black prevents Synapse from actively pushing color data to the hardware, which lets SignalRGB take control. You do not need to uninstall Synapse — just configure its profiles to not override lighting.

If conflicts persist after following the steps above, try disabling the Razer Synapse startup entry in Task Manager > Startup Apps, then reboot.
