Several support channels are available depending on your issue type. Start with the channel that best fits your situation.

Providing complete information gets you a faster response. Before posting or submitting a report, do the following:

  • Check the Troubleshooting section first, many common issues are already documented
  • Note your SignalRGB version (visible in Settings > About)
  • Note your Windows version and build
  • Note the make and model of any affected devices
  • Let us know what steps you’ve already tried, and if anything made a difference in the behavior
  • Attach your log files if you are reporting a bug

The official SignalRGB Discord server is active and monitored by the moderation team, it’s often the fastest way to get an answer too. Use it for quick questions, effect sharing, and real-time community support. Join the SignalRGB Discord!

The community forum is another way to get help from other users in the community. Search before posting, your question may already be answered. The forum covers setup questions, device compatibility, effect requests, and general troubleshooting.

Use the bug icon in the upper-right corner of the app (or using this link to submit a bug report directly to the SignalRGB team. This will automatically attach your log files and helps the team diagnose your issue much faster. Our Support team will follow-up over email within 3-5 business days.

If your RGB device is not supported by SignalRGB, you can request it. The team prioritizes device requests based on community demand.
