System Requirements
Review these requirements before installing SignalRGB to make sure your system is compatible.
Operating System
Section titled “Operating System”- Minimum: Windows 10 (64-bit), version 1903 or later
- Supported: Windows 11 (all editions, 64-bit)
32-bit versions of Windows are not supported.
Memory (RAM)
Section titled “Memory (RAM)”- Minimum: 4 GB
- Recommended: 8 GB or more
Running SignalRGB alongside other applications benefits from having 8 GB or more available.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”- Required free space: ~500 MB
This covers the base application. Additional space may be used as you download effects from the Library.
Internet Connection
Section titled “Internet Connection”An internet connection is required for the following:
- Signing in to your SignalRGB account
- Downloading effects from the Library
- Receiving application updates
SignalRGB does not function without an account sign-in, so an active internet connection is needed on first launch.
- Required: At least one USB 2.0 port
USB 2.0 or higher is needed to connect USB-based peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and RGB hubs.
GPU Drivers
Section titled “GPU Drivers”For GPU RGB control, up-to-date graphics drivers are strongly recommended.
- NVIDIA: Install the latest Game Ready or Studio drivers
- AMD: Install the latest Adrenalin drivers
Outdated drivers may prevent SignalRGB from detecting or controlling your GPU’s lighting.
System Permissions
Section titled “System Permissions”A local administrator account is recommended for installation and for full device access. Some USB and hardware features may not work correctly on standard user accounts.
