Get Help
Several support channels are available depending on your issue type. Start with the channel that best fits your situation.
Community Forum
Section titled “Community Forum”The community forum is the fastest way to get help from other users and the SignalRGB team. Search before posting — your question may already be answered. The forum covers setup questions, device compatibility, effect requests, and general troubleshooting.
Discord
Section titled “Discord”The official SignalRGB Discord server is active and monitored by the team. Use it for quick questions, effect sharing, and real-time community support. Join at discord.gg/signalrgb.
In-App Bug Reports
Section titled “In-App Bug Reports”Use the bug icon in the upper-right corner of the app to submit a bug report directly to the SignalRGB team. Attach your logs when submitting a report — this helps the team diagnose your issue much faster. See How to Read Logs for instructions on finding and exporting your log files.
Direct Support
Section titled “Direct Support”For account, billing, or private issues, use the contact form. This route keeps your information private and routes your request to the appropriate team member.
Before You Reach Out
Section titled “Before You Reach Out”Providing complete information gets you a faster response. Before posting or submitting a report, do the following:
- Check the Troubleshooting section first — many common issues are already documented
- Note your SignalRGB version (visible in Settings > About)
- Note your Windows version and build
- Note the make and model of any affected devices
- Attach your log files if you are reporting a bug
