Try Self-Service First
Section titled “Try Self-Service First”Most common issues have documented solutions. Checking these resources before contacting support often resolves the problem faster.
- Check the Common Issues articles for known fixes.
- Search the Community Forum for threads about your issue.
- Visit the SignalRGB Discord to see if others are experiencing the same problem.
When to Contact Support
Section titled “When to Contact Support”Reach out to the SignalRGB team when self-service resources have not resolved your issue.
Contact support if:
- You have followed all relevant troubleshooting articles and the issue persists.
- You have account or billing questions.
- You have found a bug you want to report.
- A device on the supported devices list is not working as expected.
What to Prepare Before Contacting
Section titled “What to Prepare Before Contacting”Having the right information ready helps the support team respond faster. Gather the following before reaching out:
- Your SignalRGB version number (found in Settings > About)
- Your OS version (Windows 10 or 11, including the build number)
- Your device brand and model
- A clear description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue, if possible
- Your SignalRGB log files (see How to Find and Read Log Files)
