Screen ambience on Laptops

On laptops, sometimes Signal doesn't run on the discrete GPU, that behavior comes from how Windows handle the integrated GPU to render apps, mostly desktop apps runs on the integrated GPU while heavy apps and games runs on the discrete GPU, you can change that behavior in the GPU panel, like shown below:
