Requesting Your Account Data

To request a copy of your account data, visit https://www.signalrgb.com/ and click the Sign In button in the top right corner.

Once signed in, scroll to the bottom of your account overview page. Under the Security and Privacy section, click Privacy Options.

Click Request Data to confirm your request.

Your data will be sent to your email address within 30 days.

Important: If you plan to delete your account, wait until you've received your data before doing so. Deleting your account will cancel any pending data requests.
