Light Points Purchases
Light Points purchases are generally non-refundable. Light Points are virtual currency designed for use within the SignalRGB platform and have no real-world monetary value.
Limited Exceptions: We may provide Light Points refunds at our sole discretion in the following situations:
- Technical errors that prevent delivery of purchased Light Points
- Unauthorized purchases reported within 48 hours
- Product compatibility issues not clearly disclosed at time of purchase
Virtual Content (Effects, Wallpapers, etc.)
Virtual content purchased with Light Points follows the same policy as Light Points purchases. Generally non-refundable, with exceptions for:
- Technical issues preventing content from working as described
- Compatibility problems not disclosed in product descriptions
- Unauthorized purchases reported within 48 hours
Important Notes:
- Refunds are processed as Light Points, not cash, and are credited back to your account
- Light Points refunds allow you to purchase different effects that may better suit your setup
- All refund decisions are made at SignalRGB's sole discretion
- Product requirements (such as HUD settings for game integrations) should be reviewed before purchase
