Application URL's

Application URL's are typically used by web browsers to trigger actions in desktop software. You'll find these used by Discord, Slack, GitHub, etc. to trigger all kinds of actions in desktop clients from things you do in your browser. For SignalRGB you can do the same only instead of joining a discord server we'll be changing effects, layouts, and settings.
